Girl SpeakUP is an NGO founded by Rosaria Cedras a speaker, strategist, and mentor who knows what it feels like to have something to say but no confidence to say it.
We exist to help girls find their voice, speak with confidence, and take up space boldly.
Every program is built on the belief that: When a girl speaks up, she begins to rise.
What we offer
Each Girl SpeakUP program is designed to equip and empower girls with real-life tools that build confidence and communication. Whether she’s shy, outspoken, or somewhere in between there’s space for her to grow.
SpeakUP Confidence Program
A fun, interactive workshop series that builds self-esteem, public speaking skills, and the courage to express yourself clearly and confidently in any setting.
LeadUP Girls Leadership Program
A 10-week program focused on developing communication, presentation, and leadership skills to help girls lead boldly in schools, communities, and beyond.
ShowUP Life Skills Program
Flexible workshops that equip girls with essential life skills from conflict resolution and time management to self-image and social media safety to help them thrive in everyday life.
